Yogi Adityanath, the new UP chief minister, seems to be face
of change in Uttar Pradesh. The new CM has initiated multiple steps since
taking charge on March 19. From ordering shutdown of illegal slaughter houses
to forming anti Romio squad to stop eve-teasing, he is building a new structure
of progress in Uttar Pradesh.
Here are five big decisions of Yogi Adityanath after becoming
CM-
1) Anti
Romio Squad – Keen on delivering Anti Romio Squad to stop
eve- teasing to ensure safety of women in state, CM ordered state administration
to form anti romio squad immediately. These squads are being formed in every
districts of state.
2) Closure
of slaughter houses – The Bhartiya Janta Party used the issue of
slaughter houses in a big way during election campaign and now it want to
deliver on the promise it made. Soon after taking the oath Yogi made it clear
that closure of slaughter houses is on top of their government’s agenda. Till
now there are number of illegal slaughter houses sealed in Gaziabaad and Allahabaad
and some of the other part of state. He has also called for zero tolerance for
cow smuggling in state.
3)
Banning Pan, Tobacco in government buildings – Following his first
visit to secretariat annexe building in Lakhnow, Yogi ordered administration to
prohibit the use of Pan and tobacco in government offices, hospitals, schools
and colleges. The deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya said, the satins on walls of secretariat
building made CM off.
4) Stay
on UPPSC results – The new government has ordered a stay on
Uttar Pradesh public service commission results till further order of
government, after complaints of massive irregularities in examinations.
5) 25
acre land for Ram museum – yogi Adityanath on met Union Tourism minister,
Mr Mahesh Sharma and is learnt to have discussed the construction of huge Ramayana
museum in ayodhya. The center already allocated the fund of Rs 154 crore for
the project.
In addition to these CM Adityanath met state DGP and asked
him to create a blueprint to resist the crime in state and also ordered state
police to exercise zero tolerance towards crime and improving law and order.
